Research Day

Since 2009, OVCR has presented Research Day, IUPUIā€™s Open House celebration of its cutting-edge and multifaceted research and scholarly activities. Research Day provides an opportunity for the IUPUI faculty, staff, and students, and their academic, industrial, governmental partners, and the community at large, to come together and find out more about the research enterprise at IUPUI, explore new collaborations, and lay the foundation for new partnerships.

Each year featured a keynote speaker, student and faculty poster session, and in 2010, the presentation of the Trailblazer Award. The Research Frontiers Trailblazer Award recognizes outstanding IUPUI Associate Professors whose work promises to bring national and international recognition to the campus. An eligible nominee must be a full-time faculty member at IUPUI, and within the first three years of promotion or appointment to the rank of Associate Professor.
